Joe Darling On Cricket | PB - Limited Edition | Edited by Rick Smith
Joe Darling was an aggressive batsman, the first left-hander to score a century in Test cricket. He represented Australian in 34 Tests, between 1894-95 and 1905, leading the side in 21 of them. In later life, settled in Tasmania, he wrote a series of articles for local papers in which his trenchant and often perceptive comments on the game were interspersed with memories of his playing days and legendary figures like Victor Trumper and WG Grace.
